Delete your account

Cows & Fish Riparian Health Assessment

This page explains how to permanently delete your Cows and Fish Riparian Health Assessment account and all of the data attached to it.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes:

  • your account and login details
  • every site you have created
  • every riparian health assessment you have recorded
  • every photo you have uploaded

This happens straight away and cannot be undone. There is no waiting period, and neither you nor we can recover the data afterwards.

Aggregate and summary information produced before you delete your account, such as counts by county, region or watershed, does not identify you or any individual site and is not affected.

Deleting from the app

  1. Open the Cows & Fish app.
  2. Go to the Resources tab.
  3. Tap Data Collection to open that section.
  4. Scroll to the end of it and tap Delete Account.
  5. Enter your password and confirm.

Deleting here on the web

Sign in with the same email address and password you use in the app, and you will be taken straight to the confirmation step.
